Five Books.
Five Challenges.
Beal Wrightwood always knew that things just weren’t right. Greed, envy and pride just weren’t some of the seven deadly sins. They appeared to be current society’s rule of the day. Whenever he came close to uncovering a source of his suspicions, the answer would elude him. Documents, objects or individuals would simply vanish.
Even in this time of global disillusionment and apathy, Beal feels that it is his obligation to improve things. Just before he enters the military, Beal learns that he is Elegean, a nearly extinct group of individuals scattered around the world who because of certain genetics possess special abilities. The group’s sworn enemy the Mensu have profited for millennia by maintaining disharmony and will do everything in their considerable power to keep things as they are or make them even worse.
An ancient prediction warns of a coming conflict between the two groups and Beal and his friends will be at the center. Like the campaigns of the last World War, Cold War and the War on Terror, the battles will take place around the globe. But this time the stakes are much higher.
